Having these professionals is a great place to start! However, when the unexpected happens there are often gaps in the information that is readily available to those who need it.  We are here to make sure you fill in those gaps.

All of your information will be double encrypted and password protected.  Clients will list a “chain of trust” for those who have permission to access the files. Your personal information belongs to you alone—EverVault Concierge will never share your information with anyone without prior authorization.  Additionally, we are both professionally and personally insured, including errors and omissions, general liability, personal property, cyber/privacy breach coverage, and bonding insurance/surety bond.

This varies based on individual needs and will be discussed in more detail during your complimentary consultation. 

EverVault Concierge charges a rate of $100 per hour.  The final amount will depend on how many sections you decide to include in your secure digital organizer. 

The first step in our process is a complimentary consultation to discuss our service in more detail and outline each client’s individual needs. Once the needs assessment is complete, a member of our team meets in person with clients for information gathering sessions at a pace that is workable for them. When all information has been collected and reviewed, EverVault Concierge provides each client with a secure digital organizer that is readily available for whatever lies ahead.

We are currently only able to take clients who reside in the Greater Pittsburgh area.
